Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with unique architecture situated in an old train shop, making it a neat place to visit. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was ideal for accessing attractions, and the breakfast provided each morning was excellent. However, I did encounter some issues with the TV setup in the room, as it was only in the living room, and some areas could have used a bit of deep cleaning.
This hotel has a lot to offer, including a clean and comfortable atmosphere. My check-in experience was smooth thanks to a friendly front desk associate who provided me with great local recommendations. However, the service during peak times left something to be desired, as the staff seemed overwhelmed. Overall, it's a good spot that I'd return to, especially for its nice breakfast variety and convenient location between Minneapolis and St. Paul.
I had a great time at this hotel with its unique old train station theme, which added a charming touch to my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. The room was modern and the bed was super comfortable. However, during my stay, I encountered some issues with the pool area being overcrowded and not properly supervised, which was a letdown. Overall, I'd consider staying here again for the experience, but it could improve in certain areas.
I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. The building itself has an interesting history and the lobby area looks nice, but the rooms were outdated and neglected. The service was lackluster; it felt like the staff was untrained and indifferent to our needs. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here until they make some serious upgrades.
My stay had its ups and downs. While the location was convenient for my conference and the check-in staff was friendly, the room I was in needed deep cleaning and had some maintenance issues. The breakfast staff was overwhelmed, which led to a disappointing breakfast experience. Overall, it was fair, but there were noticeable gaps in service and cleanliness that could use improvement.
